Getting ready for summer, American barbecue from the Carolinas to Texas. How to cure, smoke, create sauces. In this class we are excited to prepare for a smokin’ hot summer! we will showcase the differences and discuss the arguments to be made for why each famous region of barbecue cookery is the very best! I myself am biased; I am from the Carolinas. But that bias still confronts the fact that brisket is awesome. We will focus on North & South Carolina as well as the great state of Texas. We will also learn a bit about the forgotten soul of any good barbecue…THE SIDES!! 60.00 per person All cooking classes include the class and a multi course meal.
