Salado Airport is a 50-acre private airport with a 3500’ grass runway. The airport is currently being used by Skydive Temple for commercial parachuting operations, along with the Chute and Shoot Store. The airport is located on Interstate 35 on the northbound frontage road between exits 282 and 283, just to the south of the Village of Salado, centrally located between Austin and Waco.

Salado Airport LLC purchased the property and is selling* 75 hangar lots and hangars as Salado Airport Condominiums.

Each lot will have water, sewer and electrical available and hangars will be custom built on your lot.

Layout
There are six basic model hangars available:

50’ x 50’ x 16’
50’ x 50’ x 25’
60’ x 60’ x 16’
60’ x 60’ x 25’
70’ x 70’ x 16’

Doors:

All hangers come with a High Power Door, 3’ man door and a 10’ x 10’ overhead door w/
chain.
Hangars with 25’ eve are available with optional 16’ x 50’, 16’ x 60’ or 16’ x 70’ loft and steel
stairs.
Hangars come standard with 100 AMP electrical service, power to High Power Door, (1) quad
electrical outlet, (1) high bay light and switch.

Due to steel tariffs and choice of options hangar prices will be calculated at time of sale.
